We are looking for a maintenance manager to work across a number of hotels in Bayswater and Notting Hill.
Day to day maintenance work should be undertaken in effective and efficient manner. You will manage a team of 5 maintenance personnel.
The ideal candidate would have knowledge in:

Plumbing
Electrics
Carpenting
Plastering
Air Conditioning Systems
Health and Safety requirements

Previous HANDS ON experience is essential!
Excellent command in spoken and written English.
Working hours: 40 h per week /5 days incl weekends. Start as soon as possible.
