Handyman/ maintenance technician needed to work in North London.
Job duties will include drilling of inspection holes then refilling with appropriate  fire rated stopping material.
Ideal candidate will have  full UK driving licence and have experience of assisting with insurance or fire risk assessment type  inspections and/ or fire stopping.
Flexibility to travel will be required as will be required to work in varying locations in and around London.
Must be team player, have good verbal and written English and excellent customer service skills.
Using ladders will be a requirement so must be comfortable working at heights.
Van and tools will be provided or alternatively an allowance for using own vehicle may be paid.
Uniform and training will be provided
