Job Description
Experienced multi skilled maintenance person required urgently to join a property management company.
You will be responsible for carrying out property repairs and maintenance tasks for the portfolio of properties we manage.
Responsibilities and Duties
Arrange inspections and visits to the properties to assess the maintenance work required.
Diagnose and carry out repairs whilst on site.
Build good relations with landlords and tenants.
To carry out duties in a friendly, courteous and professional manner, respecting the tenants at all times.
To provide fee dback to the staff in the office and update the in-house property management system.
To provide an emergency call-out maintenance service as and when required.
To liaise with contractors, representatives and suppliers where required.
Carrying out inventories, checkins and checkouts.
Arranging and carrying out quarterly inspections on the condition of the properties.

Qualifications and Skills
Decorating, tiling, basic electrics, basic plumbing, carpentry,
General building work and changing locks
Well presented with excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
Highly organised
Forward thinking with a strong and confident personality.
Genuine and trustworthy
Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
Flexible
Able to work well under pressure
