We’re looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our Maintenance team at Empire Casino in Leicester Square.  This is a varied role at a busy property and you will be dealing with property maintenance work, organising contractor visits and undertaking repairs and decorative work across the Casino.
Key duties:

To maintain the venue in strict compliance with the applicable statutory and non statutory provisions;
To undertake venue maintenance in accordance with the Corporate Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme;
To support the development of the Venue’s Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme.
To monitor the activities of contractors employed to maintain the following systems and equipment:

Fire installation
Electrical installation
Gas installations and ancillaries
Water installation (including hot and cold Systems)
Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) installations and ancillaries.
Lifts
Uninterruptable Power Supplies (UPS).

To maintain the plant in accordance with the Corporate Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme;
