We are a Building and Maintenance company in NW London.
A Maintenance Desk Administrator is required to join our team.
This is an admin role and not one for Surveyors.
Working with Supervisors and Operatives, you will be responsible for admin and recording information relevant to maintenance in residents' homes. This will involve speaking with clients and residents and coordinating work to be carried out.
Being organised and efficient are key skills which you will utilise on a daily basis.
experience/understanding of the following is essential:
- Book and co-ordinate jobs to be completed by operatives
- monitor and record works in each property
- be responsible for ensuring our clients have the relevant information processed quickly and accurately
- supervisors and/or operatives are kept up to date at all times
- produce reports (with guidance from your manager).
We are a proactive company and are looking for someone who wants to work in a proactive manner and take ownership of their area of work.
It would also be advantageous to have experience gained in a maintenance /repairs/ social housing environment.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate:
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-High level of the English language, both written and verbal
-experience of excel, word etc
-Have an excellent eye for detail and a flexible approach as well as being articulate and a good communicator
