We are recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant working within hotel apartments in the Monument area. The ideal candidate must have an electrical qualification and preferably hospitality experience.
The position is a long term temporary role, with the option of a permanent position for the right candidate.
40 Hours/5 days per week including some weekends.
£10.00 Per hour. Immediate start is available.
As a Maintenance operative you will be responsible for:
• All H and S of the property
• Maintaining daily logs of all maintenance issues and work carried out.
• Dealing with third party contractors whenever needed.
• Liaising with guests to ensure work is carried out in a professional and timely manner.
• Improving quality control and service
• Follow policies and procedures
• Identifying problems and reacting to resolve the issues.
The Ideal candidate will be:
• Experienced in a similar maintenance role.
• Be able to work within a small team or individually.
• Be able to work in a high demanding environment.
• Being able to act upon different maintenance issues including plumbing,
Electrical, repairs to equipment and physical tasks.
• Able to follow clear instructions
• Proactive
