To assist with plumbing, carpentry, decorating, electrical and mechanical engineering work as necessary to maintain safe and efficient systems within the company.
To ensure that all work under taken is done safely and in accordance with the relevant codes of practice.
To respond to all maintenance requests in the order of priority set out by the Maintenance Technician or by your own initiative.
To ensure adequate spares are maintained and effectively used in order to give a high standard throughout all properties.
To have a thorough knowledge of the layout of the property.
To follow correct compliance with all related company / statutory policies e.g.: COSSH, H and S hygiene policies, fire regulations, etc.
To maintain a constant awareness and reactivity with regards to security of persons and their belongings.
To help action any environmental and ecology problems within the company.
To undertake duties as and when required by all senior management.
To work shifts on a Rota basis covering other maintenance engineers where necessary.
To work bank holidays and weekends as required.
