As a Guest Service Staff Maintenance Assistant, you will assist in the general.
Maintenance of the hotel building and ensure its services are operating to an optimum.
Level in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager/ Supervisors objectives. Working.
Closely with Management and Housekeeping, you will be committed to maintaining a fully.
Functioning and efficient hotel environment, with the emphasis on forward planning,
Routine maintenance programs and prompt repairs. You will ensure the highest quality.
Of product both external and internal with key emphasis on standards, Health and Safety,
Sustainability and cost control.

Daily Tasks Include:
• OnQ list daily, Daily walk of building. Report to Maintenance Manager/Duty Manager / Deputy General Manager daily.
• Room checks.
• General Maintenance work i.e. Painting, light bulbs etc.
• Attend morning and afternoon meetings.
• Exterior of hotel daily.
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual check on all systems.
