Maintenance person / Handyman needed for our growing restaurant group with 7 restaurants currently in our portfolio all based in South West London, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week.
We are looking for an experienced, flexible, hardworking, well-organised and presentable Maintenance / Handyman with proven experience in the following:

Good knowledge of maintenance work for a restaurant group or similar institution.
Plumbing such as toilet repairs, small equipment installation, replacing mixer taps/valves.
Electrics such as changing transformers, extractor fans, dimmers and fault-finding.
Carpentry such as installing counter-tops, shelving window, and door repairs/adjustments.
General maintenance such as, painting and decorating, plastering, rendering and tile grouting /silicone seal repairs.

The ideal Maintenance / Handyman shall possess the following:

3 Years of maintenance / handyman experience.
Exceptional attention to detail
Good communication skills
CIS registered (not necessary but advantageous)

You must:

Be fluent in English
A full/clean UK Driving License
Have the right to work in the UK
You must be flexible should a job require completing.

Working Hours are approximately 40 hours per week within the following time schedules:
Monday 18:00 -00.00
Tuesday to Friday 6.00am-16.00pm
