The Macmillan Support Line provides practical, emotional, clinical and financial support to people affected by cancer. Volunteers offer emotional support by providing a listening ear and signposting to services and specialist teams on the support line.
To volunteer with us, all you need to have is a good telephone manner and a compassionate nature; full helpline training will be provided as well as out of pocket expenses.
If you want to be on the frontline of cancer support, and can offer your time for one shift a week (morning, afternoon or evening) then get in touch now.
Contact us on the email below to find out more or apply online on the Macmillan website Volunteering Village (under 'Get Involved').
