Artisan People Inside is a boutique recruitment agency providing Luxury Retail, temporary staff to World Duty Free and the Luxury Fragrance and Make Up Brands at London’s Heathrow Airport.
As Artisan’s presence increases to grow across the Terminals we want a fantastic, Airport based, supervisor to join us and become an integral member of Artisan People Inside.
Working alongside the Artisan team, you will be based mainly at the airport, motivating our temporary staff to be the best Sales Force they can be and ensuring that standards are consistently high so that our clients’ needs are always met – and surpassed.   You will build close, effective working relationships with the Luxury Brand Managers and World Duty Free Management Team.  As the first point of contact you will liaise with them on a day-to-day basis.  It is imperative that you can confidently interact with people on all levels.  Heathrow is an exciting environment where no two working days are the same.  You must be flexible and be able to adapt.
This is a new position so ideal for a self-starter who can think on their feet.  You need to react quickly and efficiently to fix any problems that arise BUT we want someone who is pro-active.  A Supervisor who can plan ahead and put strategies in place to motivate, encourage and train our staff.   You are their first point of contact on the sales floor so you must be approachable and caring of their needs too.
The ideal candidate for this responsible role will:-

Work a shift pattern:  5 days over 7
Have experience and ability of managing a team.

Be immaculately groomed
Be a great communicator
Be experienced in luxury sales
Preferably have experience in Luxury Fragrance and/or Beauty (but not essential)

Obtaining a Full ID PASS for Heathrow:
Artisan must  obtain an Airport Security Pass for you to work at Heathrow.
As part of your application you MUST confirm the following:

You are eligible to work in the UK
You have at least 6 months remaining on your Passport.
You can provide a full 5 year work/education history with no unaccountable gaps in your CV.

We offer:

£22,000 Per annum
20 Days holiday + 8 days statutory holidays.
