Luxury Boutique Concession Manger

We are looking for a passionate, sales driven leader for one of our highest turnover locations. The candidate must be dedicated to delivering a luxury customer experience and have a good eye for commercial opportunity, as well as a passion for chocolate.

Job Description and Responsibilities
• Achieve and exceed the targets for the store in terms of profitability and customer experience.
• To provide a professional and motivated working environment for those working as part of your team.
• To at all times maintain the luxury brand in all working activity.
• To work within department store guidelines as well as within company set parameters.
• To ensure that the store is effectively merchandised at all time to maximize on customer experience and sales.
• Stock control and minimisation of wastage and damage, whilst ensuring the store is stocked sufficiently to maximize on sales.
• To attend and actively participate in company and department store events when required.
• To expand and grow the business within the concession store by actively seeking new business and generating new ideas for growth.
• To manage and maintain a motivated and knowledgeable team, including the recruitment and training of new team members.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and mind-set:
• A real passion for chocolate, and in particular luxury chocolate.
• A good knowledge of luxury food retail.
• Passionate about delivering the best experiences to customers and an ability to connect with customers.
• Engaging and motivated with regards to their team.
• Driven and focused on achieving the maximum from their concession and the maximum for themselves.
• A keenness to learn and to continue to learn about the industry and about the brand.
• Ability to adapt to changes and the ability to implement said changes within their store.
• Professionalism with all they encounter: customers, team members and senior management within and outside of the brand.
