As a Luggage Porter at the Iconic London Marriott County Hall you make a fantastic first impression to our guests as well as you create memorable arrival and departure experiences.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

Welcoming our guests
Ensure all guests are assisted with their luggage when arriving and departing the hotel, ensuring all guests are identified before they reach reception.
Handle and store all guest luggage’s on request ensuring all Company security procedures are met.
Escort guests to bedrooms, up sell all hotel facilities and explaining all room facilities to the guests.
Assist guests with getting taxis
Provide information to guests with regard to London/places of interest.
Follow Company Procedures such as Marriott Brand Standards.

Requirements:

Available immediately
UK (London) based applicants only
Previous experience in hospitality and/or concierge required.
You are able to carry, and balance heavy loads like luggage and trolleys.
Excellent English language skills
