It is now an award-winning hotel with bags of personality and pioneering eco-credentials. The Zetter Townhouse Clerkenwell is a 13-bedroom Georgian townhouse with an award-winning cocktail lounge. Located just across the cobbles of St John's Square from The Zetter Hotel, this unique property feels more like the private residence of an eccentric (and fabulous!) great aunt than a hotel. What we are looking for in YOU

Full-time role
Welcome guests to The Zetter Hotel and Townhouse in our warm style.
Assist guests with their luggage going to and from the front desk, and taking guests to their rooms as required.
Deliver messages, packages, newspapers and flowers for guests, and undertake any other requests to ensure their comfort.
Store and receive luggage as needed; issues completed claim checks to guests when storing luggage and keeps the luggage storage room clean and tidy.
Assist in other departments such as housekeeping when requested by management.
Assisting the Duty Manager and Front Office team to record and promptly resolve issues or emergencies that arise.

What does the ROLE look like and what will your responsibilities be?

Welcoming guests and visitors ensuring their requirements are responded to promptly and efficiently achieving and exceeding all the Hotel and departmental standards.
Work alongside other operational departments to ensure the smooth running of the cocktail lounge and function spaces as well as room service.
Completing all Front of House operational procedures that may be required to ensure the smooth running of the Townhouse.
To professionally deal with and report any issues that may arise in relation to the operational running of the Townhouse.
Selling and promoting all facilities at every opportunity and ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue is achieved at all times against set targets.
Ensure that all charging and accounting procedures are completed correctly.
Ensuring all health and safety requirements are followed and adhered to as required.
