ABOUT HAMMER and TONGS
Hammer and Tongs is a braai and bar in Farringdon, London.
Opened in December 2021, this is a small restaurant with big dreams! The philosophy at Hammer and Tongs is simple; braai delicious meats and serve it with award winning new world wines and craft Beers and a warm, personal service.
A braai is a South African barbecue. Braaing in South Africa is more than just a way to grill your dinner, it's a way of life. It's a time to surround yourself with your friends and family, relax, catch up, make new friends, have a nice cold dop (drink) and truly enjoy the moment. Something of which we don't get to do very often in busy London.
Hammer and Tongs' aim is to unite people who all share a love of eating delicious braai'd steaks and drinking incredible cocktails in the company of an incredible team.
We currently have a great, strong, friendly team and anyone would be lucky to join us!
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
If you are passionate, confident, friendly and open to learning about wine, cocktails and braai then this is the job for you!
We're looking for FOH waiting staff;
- Full time and part time
- English speaking
- Previous experience in a FOH / hospitality role
As the company is new with big dreams, it is a great time to join us on this adventure! We listen to all of our staff and take all feedback seriously!
The pay is competitive + service charge.
