Position: Lottery Team Leader (on Street / Private Site Fundraising team)
Location: Various central
Contract: Temporary on-going
Hours: 37 hours per week – Monday to Friday plus the occasional Saturday.
Salary: £11.00 per hour

The role:
The Team Leader’s role is to build and lead a well-trained and motivated team of Face to Face Fundraisers to make sure that fundraising targets are met.
The Team Leader’s aims are to engender a strong, supportive and productive team environment, whilst upholding professional standards as well as the aims, values and reputation of Amnesty International UK.
The lottery team works to gain supporters through direct debit donations where donors are entered into a lottery and stand to win weekly prizes as well as helping to support a wonderful cause!
The ideal candidate will:

Have a minimum of 6 months face-to-face fundraising experience with some experience managing a small team (essential)
Have strong leadership skills including ‘leading from the front’ (essential)
Have experience of managing a lottery fundraising team (desirable)
Be passionate about Amnesty’s work (desirable)
