London Wembley Based Company Seeking Office Assistant in Returns Department Start Immediately

THE ROLE
Our Company is based near the Wembley Park tube station (Metropolitan /Jubilee line).
A position has become available which includes mainly raising customer credit notes in the office returns department, as well as answering customer telephone calls /assisting customers on the telephone
SKILLS REQUIRED
The ideal candidates will be well spoken, friendly and organised.
• Basic Sage 50 Accounts (invoicing and credit notes modules) preferred ,but not compulsory
• Must be fluent in verbal English language.
• Confident telephone manner
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
THE HOURS
Position: Full Time
Hours: 8am to 5.00pm (with half hour lunch break) Monday to Friday (42.5 hr week)
Start: Immediately
Salary £22,000-00 per annum
