Sous Chef – The White Swan – Chancery lane
The White Swan are looking to for an experienced Sous Chef to join and assist in leading our busy kitchen team
At The White Swan we buy and serve some of the best British produce, while using influences from throughout Europe, in our regularly changing, seasonal menu
With both the seasonal menu, and daily specials being written within the venue, the Sous Chef will be expected to contribute on menu development working closely alongside the Head Chef
Ideal Sous Chef Candidate;
-Previous experience within high end gastro pub environment
-Leadership skills
-Menu development
-Love of seasonal British ingredients
-Attention to detail
-Events experience (weddings)

When joining The White Swan, you also join the ETM Group which has a stable of 11 sites. This provides good opportunities for career progression and cross training within the other venues. We also have many workshops to help you learn and understand other aspects of the business
You could earn up to 30k per year for 8 shifts per week and earn discounts for the rest of the group.
