We are a group of pizza restaurants based in London, currently recruiting for a head chef. Previous kitchen management is essential; the successful candidate will be organised, passionate and able to manage and mentor a team of mixed-ability pizziolas. You should be familiar with controlling costs, maximising margins, working towards budgets, food hygiene standards, efficient prepping and effective ordering. The kitchen team work closely with the front-of-house crew, and you should develop a productive relationship with site managers. Our restaurants are dynamic and vibrant environments, you will be expected to work some night shifts.
