Pay and Benefits
Our crew are either self-employed or subcontractors. The work is offered in shifts and the pay is per hour. If you booked for 10 hours and the job is completed in 6 hours you get paid for the 10 hours that you initially booked on (one of the many perks of the job).
We run a 1 month probationary period. The sooner you gain experience, confidence and show leadership you have the opportunity to climb the pay ladder to a rate of £15 an hour.

Eligibility
Urban crew are looking for RELIABLE, hardworking, intelligent, honest and physically strong individuals to join our already dynamic team.
Individuals who have pride in their appearance, well-mannered and a sense of respect for clients and their property.
You must have exceptional time keeping, be flexible and have a positive attitude.
A corporate image is crucial as we work with many high end corporate, media and sports marketing companies.
Individual with a sports background are well suited for this role, physically fit and able to work in a team environment.
If you have any of the below skills/licenses this will certainly count in your favour and present the opportunity to earn more:
Event carpenter/chippie
Forklift driver
Cherry picker or scissor lift driver
Telehandler driver
First aid qualified
Health and safety qualification
All applicants must be already in the UK or about to arrive and:
-18 years old or over
-Be fluent in English
-Eligible to work in the UK
-Prepared to work unsociable hours on occasion
-Well presented, exceptional time keeping, honest and physically fit
