The Opportunity:
The Working Holiday Club™ assists young Australian's, New Zealanders, and Canadians relocating to London. Our Jumpstart London Program provides a guaranteed job pre-departure, a room in a shared house, and a comprehensive London arrival service.
We are currently seeking a new London Arrivals Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be an energetic and highly motivated individual who will bring with them suitable skills and experience, as well as a willingness to learn, develop and grow with the business.
The London Arrivals Coordinator will report directly to the UK Operations Manager, and will be instrumental in greeting all new London arrivals as well as providing support to existing applicants heading away to travel, or coming back from holidays.

The Working Holiday Club™ is the leading provider of working holiday assistance and the preferred supplier by both Flight Centre Australia/New Zealand, and Student Flights Australia/New Zealand.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is looking for:
• a part-time or full-time, long term and secure role based in London. Those with travel plans within the next 6 months need not apply.

The successful candidate must have:
• UK Legal Working Rights, preferably applicants will have a UK/EU Passport with a long term vision
• High level of experience in administrative roles and outstanding interpersonal skills
• Competent ability to handle an inbox of over 30 emails daily while completing other tasks on hand
• Proven ability to work autonomously is a must, as well as within a team environment
• experience with events preferable and experience hosting groups of people
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent English verbal and advanced writing skills with a high attention to detail
• Be highly organised and have a sense of initiative - must be able to work independently and meet deadlines
• A positive, friendly and helpful attitude with a willingness to 'go the extra mile'
• Relevant travel and working holiday personal experience
• experience with Salesforce will be looked upon favourably
To be successful in this role you will have the right experience and be happy to work in a small team environment, but predominantly be working on your own. experience with coordinating groups of people and confidence managing others, are essential for this role. You must have excellent communication skills, the ability to analyse and problem solve as well as a high level of attention to detail.
