Logistics Assistantat Henchman in London (₤8 - ₤9 per hour)
Henchman is London’s premium on-demand delivery service. We aim to deliver our customers anything they request from any central London restaurant or store in less than 60 minutes.
We have a vacancy in our Logistics and Customer Service team for an exceptional new part-time member. You will need to be available in the evenings and at weekends.
This is a hybrid customer service and dispatch role: you will be responsible for overseeing deliveries and drivers, whilst ensuring top-quality customer service. It’s fast-paced and technology-focused and ideal for someone who can multi-task and work under pressure, whilst retaining attention to detail.
We need someone with:

Empathy and the ability to understand the needs and lifestyles of our customers

A sense of humour
Knowledge of central London would be helpful
