We are a Kingston based, high end residential building firm specialising in Loft conversions, extensions and full Victorian house refurbishments. We are looking for qualified tradesmen to join our building team along with well experienced hammerhands/ trainee carpenters looking for long term positions.
Only serious tradesmen need apply.
CARPENTRY APPLICANTS must have:
Your own van capable of picking up building materials (ESSENTIAL).
Full set of tools to build Lofts and extensions, you will be running your own jobs with a hammer hand and we do not supply tools.
Must be fluent in English, you will need to be able to communicate with our clients.
Must be courteous, punctual, and tidy in your work.
Must have at least 5 years experience in construction and carpentry
Must have at least 2 years experience in all aspects Loft building and extensions, structural experience also.
HAMMER HANDS/ must have:
Own transport/ van not a must but a BIG advantage.
Basic hand tools, drills, skill saw, levels.
Good knowledge of working with a carpenter/ builder, need to be fast and tidy.
Be able to work unsupervised.
Must be fluent in English.
Will need to be courteous, punctual, keep the site tidy and work well with others.

The applicants will need to be able to work in a team environment and also communicate with our clients and our construction manager on a daily basis. Primarily our work is in North Kingston in a localised area.
