As Deputy General Manager, you will support the General Manager with the day to day running of the business and have a good understanding of stock control, standards and compliance and training and development. In our managers, we look for the following:

• Focus and experience with staff training and development and how to get the best out of your team
• Good cellar knowledge
• A passion for food, music and events
Previous experience working in a busy venue with live music, outside space and a strong food offer is a bonus but not essential
