At Gymboree, we do legendary kids parties! Our fun filled parties at our studios consist of 2.5 hours exclusive use of the studio on Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 2.30 to 5pm. We can also host parties on a Sunday morning 10.30 to 1pm.
We are looking for lively, reliable staff to lead parties. Tasks will include setting up the party tea area with chairs and tables, putting up decorations, meeting and greeting guests as they arrive. Then leading themed party activities in our colourful playroom. After the party, staff assist with the birthday tea and clean up afterwards. Shifts will typically be 1.30 to 6pm for an afternoon party or 9.30 to 1.30 for a morning party. Some Sundays we may have 2 parties running.
Our party themes include– Baby’s First Birthday, Jungle Safari, Farmyard Animals, Cars and Trains, Princesses and Pirates, Ocean Adventure or Disco dancing. We do an hour of party activities finishing with our exciting parachute games and bubbles. So you must enjoy working with children, be reliable, have a good singing voice and be confident and friendly.
Training and uniform provided. Salary £10 per hour.
