This is a great job for a housekeeper to work in a formal household in South Kensington.
You would be looking after a professional person and be part of a fully staffed household. You would be working as part of a team of two housekeepers, a laundress and a private chef.
Your job would include working with the other housekeeper to keep the house clean and well presented at all times, meeting and greeting guests, setting the table for more formal meals or smaller meals on a tray, changing bed and other linen, making up guest rooms when needed etc. There is very little washing/ironing in this job as they have someone who is in charge of the laundry and there is no cooking with this role as they have a private chef. This is a friendly team who work well together.
It is essential that you have worked as a housekeeper in a private high end household. You must have proper references available.You need to speak good English and Tagalog, know how to clean special work surfaces such as granite and how to present a home to an immaculate standard.
This is a daily live out job working 5 days a week - you can choose your days off and this will be discussed at interview. Your hours are also by arrangement but will be starting around 9am and finishing around 6pm.
We are looking for a top candidate for this job. Salary will reflect the experience required and will be in the region of £600-650 net per week.
