A full time Chef is required for a friendly UHNW family with two young boys aged 3 and.
5. You will be working in a beautiful, newly refurbished home in West London with your own chef’s kitchen.  The house is fully staffed with housekeepers, drivers, nannies, and a PA.
You must specialise in healthy pescatarian/ vegetarian cuisine Asian/Fusion, Indian and European style food. As a family they are really strict on their diet, they are very cautious and aware of what they eat. They like to eat healthy and good quality food, beautifully presented, not just salads and soups.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Catering for all meals and snacks for the whole family and staff – mainly lunch and dinner.
Prepare lunch to go to the principal’s office every day.
Liaise with the house staff to make sure the timing is correct for lunch and dinner.
Grocery shopping at selected stores as well as online orders.
Keeping the stock of the household kitchen stocked with food.
Handling accounts between the suppliers and the PA.
Liaising with suppliers to pre order foods on a daily basis.
Preparing weekly menus for the family, ensure that it is healthy and balanced.
Create different dishes.
Keeping the chef’s kitchen clean at all times.
It is essential that you have worked as a Private Chef, or a Hotel/Restaurant Chef who is working at a high level,  will also be considered.  You must be able to demonstrate that you can  prepare, cook and present food to a level that would be expected in a residence of this standard.  You will need to speak good English, be well presented, able to communicate with other members of staff and have a professional attitude to your work.

This is a live out job.
Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 gross per annum
Location: West London (Notting Hill)
Position: Permanent and on an employed basis.
Hours: 9:00 – 19:30 – five days a week
Holiday: 20 days + Public Holidays (if you are needed to work a public holiday you will get this time back in lieu)
