Superb role in North London- Islington, starts June! ( Moving to Belsize Park in Feb / Mar 2022).
The family are based in Islington, and require a Nanny to care for their two boys aged 5.5 years and a toddler who is almost 2 years. Mum works part-time, so the role is a combination of sole and shared charge, but mostly sole care. Mum will help with the school drop-off and pick-up for the eldest.
The days/ hours required are Mon- Fri, 7am-6pm on Mon and Tues/ Wed- Friday - finish at 5pm (52 hours). Morning duties include helping the kids with breakfast and getting the eldest ready for school. Mum leaves at 8am to drop the eldest off, where the nanny would then collect him afterschool. During the day, you will care for the youngest where duties include organising activities, keeping him happy, stimulated, and in a good routine. Nursery and laundry duties are also required. He has activities he does in the week. Both boys are very clever and energetic!
They are also looking for someone who can cook the children’s meals and prepare the eldest’ lunchbox. They would like someone who is active and likes to take the children out.
Other “nice-to-haves” would be a willingness to do extra hours once or twice per month (paid) eg. Putting the children to bed before handing over to a babysitter at 8pm, and willingness to accompany the family on a holiday (no more than once per year, with extra pay).
The perfect Nanny would be someone who is energetic and fun loving, who has a lot to give! They would also need to be pet friendly, as the family have two cats and a dog (no walking needed as they have a dog walker).
Auto driver desirable, but not essential.
