Location: Mayfair, London
Salary: £13 per hour net (Mon-Fri) and £15 per hour net (Sunday)
Hours: Monday to Friday 3 hours per day ideally between 6.00am – 3.00pm
Sunday 11.00am-4.00pm
Start Date: as soon as possible
Housekeeper required to work in a lovely house in a delightful area of Mayfair to assist with cleaning a house on 6 levels with a lift. This role involves cleaning the property with pride and to an immaculate standard. You will work alongside other Household Staff including a full time Housekeeper and House Manager to ensure that the house is impeccably presented at all times. The family have a young child and 2 small pet dogs so you must be child and pet friendly.
Responsibilities to include:
General housekeeping and cleaning of the interior of the homes and the immediate areas outside (patios, porches walks)
Prepare residences for arrival, departure as required
Kitchen maintenance – dishes, cupboards, pantry counters and floors
Bed making, routine bedding and linen changes
Plant care (household)
Silver polishing
Deep cleaning appliances (fridge, oven, inside the windows, cupboards etc.)
Cooking breakfast
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role.
Requirements:
Experienced housekeeper with 2 years + experience
UK passport or proven rights to work in the UK
Excellent spoken and written English
Excellent cleaning skills
Strong understanding of hygiene standards around children
Willing to be flexible
Experienced in a similar role
Organised and self-motivated
Pleasant personality
Honest, cheerful and willing
Current clean DBS check or willing to undertake a new one
Non smoke
Pet friendly – 2 small dogs – the role includes letting the dogs out first thing and picking up after them.
