We live in the heart of Chiswick in West London and are looking for a live out nanny to support our children. We are lucky to have had 2 lovely Australian nannies work with us – the first left after many years to bring up her own family and the 2nd is just reaching the end of her 2-year work visa. We are therefore looking to find another equally lovely nanny to fit into our family.
We are a Chiswick based family with 3 lovely children (9G, 13G, 15B). Our son is sporty and fairly independent so needs limited support. Our younger daughter is 9 and is full of fun. She loves sports, drama, dance and lots of playdates and the support will therefore be mainly for her including arranging activities, school runs (you will need to be a +25 year-old driver - car provided), preparing healthy meals for the kids, helping with homework and lots of outdoor activities. We also have a middle daughter who is 13 and utterly gorgeous. She has learning difficulties and is away at a boarding school during term time so would only be around during the holidays. She is very sweet and gentle.
Both of us work so are looking for a nanny who is easy going and lots of fun to be able to fit into our daily life. The hours can also be flexed to suit where required but currently pays at 40 hours/week which is made up of fewer hours term time and more hours during school holidays. Babysitting and very occasional weekend work would also be required but would be mutually agreed in advance.
The position is available from early July. Key requirements would be good written and spoken English (for helping with homework), a non-smoker, a confident driver with a clean licence and fully checkable references. It is highly desirable that you live locally.
