Family Description and Location
This is a great job for a top level housekeeper to work for a professional family with a beautiful home in Knightsbridge.  The family have two children, 2 and 6 who have their own nanny, and this is a fully staffed household although you will be the only housekeeper.
Job Description
Your role will be to maintain the home to a very high level.  Your duties will include cleaning and presenting the house beautifully - a knowledge of how to look after special surfaces will be needed, laundry and ironing, changing the beds and other household linens, making up guest rooms when needed, meeting guests, setting the table for meals, and anything else that is needed to keep the house running smoothly.  They have a private chef and the nanny cooks for the children but you may occasionally be asked to heat up food, or cook something very simple.  There is a House Manager who is very nice and there to help you and to let you know the household diary.
Candidate Requirements
It is essential that you have worked as a housekeeper in an executive style home for at least 3 years with suitable references.  You will need to speak good English, be able to organise your own work and have very high standards.
Days/Hours of Work and Salary
This is a live out role working Monday to Friday.  You will be working 40 hours a week, 9am to 5pm, but you will also need to be a little flexible with your time if they have visitors.  Salary will be £12 net per hour and your tax and NI will be paid in addition to your net salary.
