Family Description and Location
This is a lovely job working for a professional lady with a beautiful apartment in Holland Park.  They do not have any children or pets living at the apartment.  The Lady travels a great deal and only uses the apartment from time to time, and she has two grown up sons who may also stay on occasion.  The job however is a permanent role, and you will be paid whether the Principal is there or not, and you will need to be available to keep the apartment in excellent order at all times as they do arrive sometimes with short notice.
Job Description
Your role will be to look after the apartment, making sure that it is always clean and very well presented which will include looking after artworks and specialist furniture.  When the Principal is in residence your job will include changing the bed and other household linens,  laundry and ironing and you will need to know how to look after fine clothing, wardrobe management, some shopping and running errands and whatever else is needed to keep the home running smoothly.  There is not cooking, no childcare and no pet care with this job.
Candidate Requirements
It is essential that you have worked as a housekeeper in a similar role for an executive style home.  You will need to speak good English, be organised and able to use your initiative to work without supervision.
Days/Hours of Work and Salary
This is a live out role working 4 hours a day, 4 days a week (during Monday to Friday).  You can start anytime after 10am, and you need to have finished by 6pm.  Salary will be £12 net per hour + your tax and NI will be paid and you will get a contract (unless you are already registered as self employed).
