This is a great job for a housekeeper to work for a single Professional gentleman living in a lovely home in Knightsbridge. He has two children, 15 and 20 who do not live with him but do visit on occasions during the week, and usually on a Wednesday.
The role will be for a housekeeper to totally run the home. Your duties will include cleaning and making sure the house is well presented, laundry and ironing, changing the bed and other household linen, household shopping, dealing with suppliers and contractors as necessary, wardrobe management, and when he is at home you will need to cook a family style dinner for him on some days and also for his children (usually on a Wednesday, if they are visiting. He also has a small dog which sometimes goes to work with him and sometimes is at home. If the dog is at home you need to be happy to take it for a walk.
It is essential that you have worked as a housekeeper in an executive style home for at least 3 years with suitable references. You will need to speak good English, be able to work using your own initiative and organise your own day.
This is a live out job working Monday to Friday. Your hours will be discussed at interview but you need to be available for 8 hours a day i.e 9am to 6pm, or 10am to 7pm - and on Wednesday you need to be able to finish at 8pm although you can come in later that day. Salary will be £550-600 net per week.
