Live out House Manager in Knightsbridge

We are looking for a professional and experienced House Manager for our private client in Knightsbridge, London.
The position is permanent and full time.
Hours and days of work

5 (Sometimes
6) Days out of 7 covering around 10 hours per day.

The role reports to the Head of Family Office with the following duties/responsibilities.

Carry out administration and budget control of all the properties, including cash flow management, expenses reporting.
Manage the domestic staff (approximately. 25 people) and get involved in the international household recruitment.
Preparing Rota and schedules, dealing with holidays.
Liaise with sub-contractors, service providers, manage architects.
Delegate and co-ordinate all maintenance work in the properties when required.
Coordinating various events
IT and organisational projects
Yacht management crew

Salary: Negotiable, in the region of £60K per year.
Minimum of 3 years working as a Household Manager for a HNW family (at least two properties` management experience) in the UK or in Europe to receive the advertised rate of pay.
