Our UHNW client is looking for a very capable individual to join the Housekeeping team at their London residence in Kensington. This role is a Live Out role and is responsible for the Housekeeping of this luxury property including cleaning, laundry, ironing and organising.
Role details
Hours: 50 hours, 5 days per week on a rolling shift basis.
Salary: £550 - £600 net per week.
Start Date: as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
• Full cleaning of this beautiful large residence to a consistently extremely high standard including dusting, vacuuming, polishing (including silverware) and mopping floors.
• All laundry including bedding changes.
• Ironing of clothes and other items as required.
• General tidying including loading and unloading dishwasher, clearing glasses, washing up, hanging clothes and Towels.
• Occasional cooking for the family.
• Regular clearing out of fridge and kitchen cupboards with guidance from the Principals.
• Cleaning of inside windows when required.
• Sewing and mending of clothes when needed.
• Watering and general care of indoor plants.
Candidate Requirements
• At least three years experience in Housekeeping roles for Private Households.
• Ability to plan your hours in the house and prioritise tasks appropriately.
• Proven Housekeeping skills with the ability and dedication to have the residence always looking in immaculate condition.
• You will be a self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised and without disturbing family life.
• Excellent standard of spoken and written English. You must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively via phone and text.
• Ability to be loyal, discrete and totally dependable.
• Excellent, verifiable references.
• Legally able to work in the UK.
