Role: Housekeeper/Manager
Location: Paris
Hours: Monday-Friday (flexible)
Salary: €45,000- €65,000K PER ANNUM

We are looking for a proactive and service-orientated French speaking House Manager with hands on housekeeping skills to manage a large private residence in Paris, France.
The Housekeeper / House Manager will be solely responsible for the upkeep, cleanliness, maintenance and management of the property on a daily basis.
The hours of work are 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday, however, when the family are in residence longer hours will be required with time of in lieu granted during down time.
The salary being offered is €45,000 - €65,000 gross per annum, dependent on experience.
The residence is inhabited by the Principals, who are a young International family, 3-4 times per month for a few days at a time, on average.
You must be fluent in both English and French, with excellent local knowledge, and proven hands-on housekeeping and interior maintenance experience. You must be an excellent communicator, timekeeper and problem solver.
This is a fantastic role for a hands on and service-orientated House Manager with excellent housekeeping and maintenance skills to ensure this substantial property remains in an excellent condition all year round.
Duties;
• Responsible for all aspects of running the household
• Cleaning the property to a 7* standard
• Upkeep of artwork, furniture, silverware and China
• All laundry and ironing
• Changing linen
• Wardrobe management
• Ensuring household items remain stocked
• Scheduling and managing contractors
• Resolving any basic plumbing issues
• Ensuring all lighting and Audio-visual systems are in good working order
• Budget management
• Keeping accurate household expenditure records
• Liaise with Principals and family office providing regular reports/updates on household activity and works list
• Preparation for family visits
• Organising events and temporary staff
• Serving Principals and their guests
• Cellar management
• Maintaining inventories
• Ensure residence security at all times
• Greet guests on arrival
• Shopping for groceries and household items
• Flexibility to travel with the family if required
• To be considered for this role;
• Fluency in French and English language
