This is a fantastic job for an experienced Tagalog Speaking Domestic Couple, where one of you is the Housekeeper and the other a Driver/Handyman. You will be working a beautiful home in Kensington.
The house is used only occasionally by the family as they live overseas but in their absence you will need to keep the property to immaculate condition at all times as they sometimes arrive with little notice.
Your duties will include:-
•To ensure the day to day cleanliness of the house and contents, and make sure that the house is presented at the highest level at all times.
•Providing access and supervision for routine maintenance contractors on site.
•To take responsibility for security and ensure that the alarm systems are fully functioning and operated effectively.
•Laundry duties as required, for bed linen and clothes.
•Preparing bedrooms prior to client visits.
•To be proactive at quieter times, well presented and punctual.
•To look after the family whenever in residence.
•To liaise with the managing agents.
•All those activities normally associated with the description of housekeeping and caretaking. 
•Driving, including airport runs, shopping and social trips
•Organisation of both the main wardrobes.
•General routine handyman repairs.
•Have an understanding of the security and technical routine aspects of the house to ensure the efficient operating of the house.
It is essential that you have worked as a domestic couple for at least 3 years with suitable references. The handyman/driver needs to have experience of driving in Central London, airport runs etc. You will both need to speak Tagalog and good English, be well presented, reliable and able to organise your own day.
When the family are not in residence your will be working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. When the family are in residence you will need to be flexible with your time. Your accommodation is a self contained flat at the property. Salary will depend on experience but will be in the range of £1,000 net per week.
