We are looking for an experienced live in nanny to start in late May 2022. We are looking for someone who is energetic and cheerful, intelligent and responsible who is a good cook, and naturally tidy.
The job is for 40 hours a week (8 hours a day, Mon - Fri) during term time and 55 hours a week (11 hours a day, Mon - Fri) during school holidays. Ideally we would like someone who can do 55 h a week this school term (as our younger daughter is not yet in nursery) but that is not essential.
Duties include picking the children up from school / nursery, cooking for the kids, supervising homework, doing family laundry, keeping the house tidy and clean (though we have a weekly cleaner), bathtime.
A clean driving licence is preferred as it gives flexibility with pick ups and playdates.
Good working English is essential as this is the language of communication with us, the parents.
Native Spanish is an advantage, as the children as a quarter Spanish and Olivia speaks and understands Spanish (she had a Spanish nanny who only spoke Spanish to her from 9 months old).
We live in a lovely neighbourhood, Queens Park, London NW6 (Zone 2), two minutes from a great park. Oxford Circus is 15 Mins by tube. Accommodation is in a very private, bright and modern double bedroom, with a large ensuite bathroom, situated on its own floor at the top of the house.
Pay depends on experience ranging from £1000 - £1150 net per month. 20 days paid holiday. We pay taxes and pension contributions.
Please apply by email telling us why you are interested in the job, and with your CV detailing your education and work experience.
