Pub and hotel in London is looking for a dedicated and hospitality driven couple to enter in to a profit share agreement.
Job description:
- Establish and control operations of the company including but not restricted to Marketing, Health and Safety, Maintenance, Human Resources
- Report financial forecasts and results to Company Directors
- Consult with company Directors to maintain strategic goals for the company based on market trends, and contributing industry related factors
- Assures the filing of all legal and regulatory documents and monitors compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assess changes in legislation pertinent to the licensed sector and implement changes to operational procedures where required
- Please note: the position will require successful applicants to live-in
Skills, qualifications and experience needed:
- 5 + years management/operations experience in hospitality
- Food hygiene certificates
- First aid qualification
- Personal licence
