Job Description: Live in Nanny/Tutor
About Us
We are a family of three with two children, a girl aged 6 and a boy aged 10, based in Kensington, West London. My son attends boarding school and my daughter attends a central London based school. We visit our home in Kent a few nights a week and we often travel in school holidays.
We would need you to travel overseas with us regulary during the year so flexibilty is vital. The ideal candidate would be someone that has nanny and tutoring experience and who is good with children and is very organized.
Requirements
experience as a nanny essential
Tutor Skills/Help with homework essential
Drivers Licence Essential
Would suit a Spanish Speaker
Mostly an after school and evening role
Days and Hours
Six days a week with one day off
Live in Nanny on call
Weekends required with one weekend off a month
8 - 10 hours a day and on call hours if needed
Duties
To look after and keep the children entertained playing games including scrabble etc
Tutoring Children and help with homework
Cook meals for children keen interest in healthy food
Clean up after children
Strong Swimmer
Clothes and bags packed and washed– as children enjoy swimming
Collecting children from school
Take to after school clubs
Light Housework
Travel with the family during school holidays is also essential, this would be the entire summer holiday
We are looking for a long term nanny so this role would only suit if you were looking at three years minimum.
