We are looking for a loving, fun, and energetic English speaking Au Pair aged 22 or older to help us look after our kids. We are looking for 25-30 hours plus baby sitting and are happy to discuss weekly pay (£100-£140 depending on experience). Start date would be December as our current Au Pair is heading back to Australia at then, but could wait until January for the right person.
We have two lovely and lively kids Oliver (Olly) is 7 in Year 2 and Agnes is 5 in Reception. Both go to school 8.15am to 3.15pm. Olly loves Star Wars, playing football, and Lego. Agnes enjoys imaginative play, Dogs (although we don't have one!) hanging out with her big brother and playing with play dough. Tim and I both work in the financial industry.
We are an active family who enjoy getting out and seeing London, going to the country for the weekend to stay with family but also love our movie afternoons with popcorn! We all love food, cooking and baking. We are social both as a family and as a couple, enjoying seeing friends and trips out in the evening.
Where we live:
We live in Shepherds Bush where our nearest tube is Stamford Brook, however Goldhawk Road and Shepherds Bush are a bus ride away. The area is well connected and also has a number of great local shops, restaurants and pubs. Westfield shopping centre is in walking distance and we are next to a small park (Wendell Park) with a larger park (Ravenscourt Park) only 6mins walk away.
Weekly jobs/tasks:
• Get the children to and from school a few days a week (Tim and I try to take them to school as as often as we can)
• Take them to their afternoon activities (swimming, football and play ball) or arrange a playdate
• Do a meal planner and cook tea for the kids
• Help with homework and school projects
• Light housework:
o Staying on top of the washing, hang out or put in the Dryer and ironing
o Wash up , fill and empty the dishwasher
o Wash and change the children’s beds once a week.
