Nanny/ Family PA required for care of two children both boys (4 and 1)
The working hours would be approximately 7.15 am to 7.15 pm Monday to Friday (may be able to start 8am on Monday and finish by 6pm on Friday so would also suit someone who wants to return "home" at the weekends).
This is a sole charge position.
The family home is situated in Notting Hill/Holland Park.
Both parents are working professionals. The family also employ a daily cleaner/cook and the children’s grandfather lives with them but does not assist with childcare.
Both boys are happy and healthy and have good routines in place. They are fun and lively boys so the Nanny would need to be energetic.
The eldest is at nursery full time and will be starting school in September 2022. The youngest will start full time nursery in September 2021.
The family are looking for a neat and tidy, happy, self-starter, a team player, pro-active, organised, good communicator, experienced, firm but fair and responsible Nanny who will be expected to care for the children, have knowledge of educational milestones, organise playdates, visits, age appropriate classes/activities, plan and cook healthy well balanced meals and be enthusiastic for child care and know the family home location well.
The Nanny needs to focus on educational and fun activities for the baby around his routine, ensuring he gets lots of fresh air and learns to be sociable. When the children are at nursery/school/napping, the Nanny will be expected to carry out some PA duties for the family and nursery duties (cooking, laundry) for the children.
