We are seeking a loving, fun and well organised live-in nanny to look after our daughters age 6 and 13, and our dog, whilst both parents work full time outside the home, to start mid-June.
Mon-Fri 0700-1830 + 2 evenings babysitting
Duties include helping girls get ready for school, school run for younger daughter (10 minute walk each way), preparing meals and tidying up after, walking dog (a cheerful border terrier), arranging and accompanying holiday activities, hosting play dates, girls laundry/rooms, helping with younger daughter's homework and school organisation, some light errands for family i.e. Top up food shop, taking to swimming lessons etc.
Very occasional overnight care if both parents are travelling, for extra pay.
Driving licence essential (car provided for care of girls, for example for holiday activities and outings or emergency school run for elder daughter who usually gets school bus both ways), as are checkable references.
Prefer nanny who is or can be OFSTED registered, a newly qualified nanny/childcarer with, for example, nursery experience is welcome to apply.
Accommodation is own double room and bathroom shared with girls. NETFLIX, wifi etc. We live very close to Battersea Park, well served by buses and short journey to Clapham Junction or across river to Chelsea/South Ken. Our current nanny has been with us for 3 years ( is now seeking a live-out role) and is available to talk to our preferred candidate/s.
