Family Desciption and Location
This is a lovely job for a Nanny to work for a friendly informal family who are about to move to a new home in the Belsize Park area of London, very close to the underground station.  The family have two children, four and one and a half,  with new baby due in June.  The four year old is at school and the one and a half year old at nursery two days a week.
Job Description
Your role will mainly be to look after the older children and also to support the Mother with looking after the new baby. You will need to understand and help the older children through getting a new sibling and be their 'friend', and you also need to have looked after new babies.  The role will also include some nursery duties, ie keeping the children's rooms tidy, making sure that school uniforms are available when needed, and doing their laundry.  However the family do have a full time daily housekeeper and she will help if you are simply busy with childcare.  There will be no other housekeeping duties with this job.
Candidate Requirements
It is essential that you have worked as a Nanny in an executive style home, with suitable references, and have worked with young children and babies.  You will need to speak good English, have a calm and patient personality, are able to help with child development - and have a happy Smiley face!
Working Days/Hours and Salary
This is a live in job working 5 days a week.  Which days you want to work can be discussed at interview but you will be able to have time off at weekends.  Your working day can either be 12 midday to 8pm, or 8am to 12 midday with a break to 4pm and then work through to 8pm - this can also be discussed at interview.  Your accommodation is your own lovely bedroom with ensuite bathroom in a private part of the house. Salary will depend on experience but will be in the region of £450-500 net per week (your tax and national insurance will be paid in addition to your net salary).
