Position: Live in Nanny
Date: Start November/December
Location: Geneva Switzerland
An active, energetic, professional, experienced Nanny is required to care for 3 young children ages 5 years 4 years and 1.5 years on a full-time; live-in basis.
This role is 5-days per week - with Monday/Tuesday off. The family often travel at the weekends, so would like the Nanny to be around. The role will be partly sole charge with some shared care. The two older children are at school mid-week.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Ideally bilingual French/English - but as a minimum fluent in English with a reasonable grasp of French
- Educationally focused with a passion for child-development; enthusiastic about engaging young minds; proactive in organising fun and stimulating activities
- Happy to be responsible for all nursery duties relating to the children; such as their laundry and care of clothing; organising their Toys and bedrooms; preparing their meals; tidying up after their activities.
- Energetic and enthusiastic
Responsible, mature and entirely capable of managing three young children
- Happy to proxy-parent if required
- Be fun and kind and part of the family, whilst respecting the boundaries of employer/employee relationship
The family also employ a driver and housekeeper.
They are based in Geneva where you will have your own room and bathroom in the family home. The enjoy travel and also visiting the mountains/skiing at the weekends. They have recently relocated to Geneva from London and their current Nanny is due to leave the end of November.
