We are an informal English household with a 10 year old daughter, 2 dogs and 1 cat living in a small town close to Barcelona. We require a house keeper to be responsible for the upkeep of our home, cooking, daily cleaning, laundry, pet care, babysitting are some of the duties. We are looking for someone with previous relevant experience who genuinely enjoys keeping a home clean tidy and comfortable, someone who loves children and animals can drive and is flexible in their work hours and duties. You will need to be organised and capable of carrying out duties without supervision. We have properties in other countries and you maybe required to travel to these to perform similar duties. We have regular visitors to stay therefore we have guest rooms that need preparation. We enjoy food but are happy to have fairly simple meals prepared for us. It is essential that you are able to drive and we will provide a car for when we need you to run errands. At times my Husband and I will need to travel therefore we are looking for someone who is responsible and capable of looking after our daughter and animals when we are away on these short trips. There is a small studio available for accommodation with a bedroom bathroom, kitchenette living room. The salary is competitive as are the hours, days off and paid holiday.
