Lovely young family with a beautiful five floor townhouse in London W8.
My clients have 2 boys who are 5 and 8 years so they are looking for a child friendly, youthful and energetic Housekeeper. The Mother does some work from home and is very involved with the boy’s day to day lives. Therefore a large percentage of the role is that of a Housekeeper.
Duties:
-Keeping the house to 5* standard
-General cleaning, laundry and ironing
-Wardrobe management
-Looking after luxury interiors and possessions.
-Preparing breakfast for the children and simple healthy supper for a family of.
4. Roast Chicken, grilled salmon, fresh vegetables etc.
The hours are 7am until 7pm Monday to Thursday and 7am until 3pm on Friday.  In addition you will be asked to do up to 2 nights babysitting per week Monday to Thursday.
The beauty of this job is that you are guaranteed weekends off, with the rare exception in which case you will be paid extra. Your statutory holidays can be taken during the school holidays and you will not be required to work over Christmas. The family travel themselves during the school holidays.
To give both the Housekeeper and the Family privacy my clients have requested that the Housekeeper leaves the family home from 3pm on Friday until Sunday evening.
A basement apartment is provided for the Housekeeper with bedroom, ensuit bathroom, kitchenette and TV.  This accommodation is not suitable for more than one person.
This position would suit a Housekeeper who has a cheerful disposition, enjoys working for a semi formal family who value their employees and are respectful towards them.
The job is to start as soon as possible and a salary of up to £550 net per week is on offer depending on experience.
The Family will employ a Family Driver from September who will help with the Boys’ day to day schedule and look after general household maintenance issues.
