This is a very nice job for a housekeeper who enjoys their work but also wants a quiet, peaceful environment. This role is working for a very nice couple who own a beautiful home on the London/Surrey border - they are a short walk to the nearest station which is less than 30 minutes into central London. You do not need to be a driver for this job. They have two grown up sons. There are only two people living in the house on a regular basis.
They are looking for someone who is an experienced housekeeper to keep the house clean and well presented, do the laundry and ironing, change the bed and linen, deal with deliveries etc. They have a dog, which you will be asked to walk very occasionally, and a cat so you need to be 'animal friendly'. You will need to be someone who can work using their own initiative and organise your own day. There is no cooking required with this job.
It is essential that you have worked as a housekeeper in a private residence for at least 3 years with suitable references. You will need to speak good English, be well presented, and organised in your work.
This is a Monday to Friday job, hours by agreement but your working day will be 6 or 7 hours only. Your accommodation will be a lovely large studio apartment which is self contained and separate to the main house, with your own entrance, WiFi, TV etc.
Salary will be £450-500 net per week.
