House Keeper required to manage our stunning houseboat (on a private Island) and look after our gorgeous dog Max.

Thank you for reading our ad! I (Paul), Lorna and Max live on a houseboat on a private Island on the Thames, It really is a very special place totally like no other.
Both of us run our own companies and hence work pretty crazy hours and managing to keep on top of running the houseboat and look after Max is proving to be a challenge, hence we need some help from a House Keeper to help things ship shape (sorry could help it…)

Responsibilities to include:

Domestic management of the house i.e.:

Cleaning
Washing / ironing clothes / organising dry cleaning.
Doing online food shopping / Amazon orders.
Cooking meals (we like nice food)
Managing the post / domestic bills etc
Organising the gardener / window cleaner etc.
Helping out with Max feeding, vets etc  (red Labrador, 20 months old, adorable dog…):
Taking max for walks (we have one of the biggest parks in London – Bushy Park across the road)
Dog sitting when we have meetings in London or go out for the evening.
Feeding max when we are out
Playing with him / generally keeping him entertained / stopping him getting bored.
Administration: - It would be great if the Housekeeper could help with some administration for our companies in any down time, this could include:
Diary management and booking meetings, both business and social (we are good at double booking ourselves)
Managing expenses claims
Filling in forms and helping with general life and house admin.
Filling of post and paperwork
Internet research as required
Dropping us off and picking up in the car as required, drop off at station etc.

We are both in our late 30’s, Lorna works in film / TV and Paul works in the drinks industry / Human Resources. Paul travels frequently with work. Both outgoing, fun, social and easy to get along with. Paul.

Hours are flexible but this would be a permanent, full time role with some evenings and weekends required on a regular basis. Accommodation provided. Salary highly competitive, to be negotiated in line with experience, benefits would include:
