This is a lovely job working for a very nice English/American family.  They live in a beautiful home in Maida Vale, which is very close to Central London.  The family have one new born baby.  There is a nanny for the baby but you may be asked  to help from time to time.
Your role will primarily be housekeeping.  Your duties will include cleaning to a high standard and presenting the house beautifully, laundry and ironing and you should know how to look after designer clothing, setting the table for meals, changing the beds and other household linens, taking the dry cleaning and running errands, meeting and greeting guests and anything else that is needed to keep the house running smoothly.  It is not essential to cook for this role, although you can if you like to, but you may be asked to help with some simple food preparation, ie peeling vegetables.
It is essential that you have worked in an executive style residence as a housekeeper for at least 3 years with suitable references.  You will also need to have looked after babies, either your own or as part of a job.  Good spoken English is also needed.
This is a live in role working Monday to Friday, from 7am to 7pm with a break during the day. You will have your own separate flat with its own front door (sorry no partners or pets).  Our Clients are looking for a  top level candidate and are paying a top level salary!  Salary will be in the region of £550 to £600 net pw.
